Agency, using an operative approach in order to make an analysis and marketing research, has achieved the systematic design, collection, analysis and report of the relevant information related to a relevant marketing situation. Using the global picture, which is influenced by the frequent modifications, the Agency aspires to accompany the six major environmental factors: demographic, economic, socio-cultural, natural, technological and political-legal.
Considering the economical sphere, the attention is primarily focused on the distribution of the incomes and savings, debts and credit availability.
Regarding the demographic environment, the attention is primarily directed towards the increase of the population and non – traditional families, changing of mixes age, ethnic composition and educational level, as well as a movement from the mass marketing to micromarketing.
The marketing research is the one that aspires to develop the most efficient plan for the collection of the necessary information. The primarily informational base is built up through the five following techniques: observation, focus groups, surveys, behavioural data and experiments.
